Your help is needed to make the Save-On Foods Nanaimo Dragon Boat Festival 2012 a success! Without the hard work and dedication of more than 200 members of our volunteer team, this event would not happen.

If you would like to be part of our great volunteer team, please familiarize yourself with our volunteer policy and review the volunteer opportunities that we have available.

Important notes for all volunteers:

  • All volunteers must attend a volunteer orientation session
  • Volunteers must commit to a minimum of two shifts.
  • Volunteers must sign a waiver form.
  • Volunteers working with children may be required to complete a criminal record check.
  • The Festival will be held rain or shine.
