A warm welcome to paddlers and visitors alike as we close in on this our 10th annual Nanaimo Dragon Boat Festival recognized as one of the top festivals on the West Coast.

As many of our regulars are already aware, Nanaimo Dragon Boat Festival is dedicated to those brave women afflicted with Breast Cancer. Every dollar raised through our volunteer efforts is committed to help those in need in their efforts to fight the fight through donations to the Nanaimo Hospital Foundation to purchase diagnostic equipment to treat breast cancer.

On behalf of the countless volunteers we look forward to hosting you to what we are planning to be our best festival ever.

So, Paddles Up and Steer for Nanaimo. We will look forward to seeing you all here July 6-8.
